In the late ’80s, racers began modifying and converting their Losi JRX2 1/10 Buggies into truck style racers. This was achieved by swapping wheels, tires, and bodies from “toy” grade RC models or from aftermarket conversion kits. Losi developed and released the original Losi JRXT Monster Truck to fill this gap in the RC market. Losi has faithfully recreated the styling and looks of the original monster truck down to 1/16 sizing. Only 5000 of these trucks have been produced and each sport a unique production number.
